The Knights of Columbus Council #821 is hosting it's 12th Annual Golf Classic honoring the memory of former brother and Knight, Thomas M. Butler at the Hamlet Wind Watch Golf and Country Club in Hauppauge.
Tom was a 1982 graduate of KPHS and he perished on 9/11 in the line of duty as a F.D.N.Y. member. He was also part-time Smithotwn Bay Constable and a former US Navy Reserves man.
Tom was aso a beloved family man, the son of Bill & Peggy Butler and brother of Bill, Steve and Eileen. Tom lived in Kings Park with his wife Martha and three children, Sean, Kelly and Patrick.
