It disappoints me to think that Kings Park can really stomach to reelect someone with a track record…Read More of dis-integrity and scandal.
Whether or not Mrs Barrett actually did what she was accused of doing (and the evidence does not support her), her refusal to acknowledge the accusations in the midst of an election shows an incredible lack of integrity that I think the people of Kings Park should really have taken a second look at.
And even putting that scandal aside, are you really about to suggest that she deserves that seat over Charlie Gardner? Charlie, the former president of the Board of Education; Charlie, the man who everybody in this town knows and loves. Charlie, a man who's wealth of experience and knowledge of this town, it's people, and most importantly it's children exceeds that of probably the overwhelming majority of people who voted today, Mrs Barrett included.
I firmly believe in Tom Locascio. I'm glad he was re-elected, and I wish him well. I would far rather have seen Tom and Charlie emerge victorious, but that failing I'm happy to see Tom remain on the Board.

Agruso is a textbook Napolean complex that has threatened everyone from the bus mechanics and bus drivers to well respected teachers and educators who happened to disagree with her. Locascio and his partners in crime renewed her contract inexplicably before it was even due to expire and what did the KP voters do? They rewarded him with a second term. Thank God that Liz Barrett will be there to provide balance. Hopefully the witch hunt will end NOW.

I'm not going to make an educated guess who could be involverd in this deed but I think if Kings Parkers do some research they are smart enough to figure out who does not want the real facts of the "Uplands Project" to come to light. Displaying these signs is a way of making the public aware of the atrocity of this project. Questions will then be asked. Making a night run to remove them is, at the least, a cowardly act that should be publicized every time it occurs!
