Debbie Hughes, Neighbor

Co-Founder of Strength for Life,(www.strengthforlifeNY.org) a non profit organization that provides free exercise classes and wellness retreats to cancer patients and survivors.  I am a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and hold an A.S. Degree in Fitness Specialist from SCCC. I am currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) working towards my Certification as a Holistic Health Coach.

I am passionate about promoting fitness, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle and hope to inspire those I meet on this journey.

I take special interest in how our environment affects our health and how production of food and materials we use play into diseases.

I believe in a blend of eastern and western approaches to medicine in order to achieve optimal wellness.

I live in Kings Park with my husband, 3 sons and 1 girl (my dog!)
