Kings Park
Fundraisers
A Benefit For Our Friend Mary Joyce will be held on Friday at 6 p.m. at the Kings Park VFW Hall to raise funds for Mary Joyce, a Kings Park bus driver who is battling breast cancer for the second time.

- DDI will put on a night of Broadway at their Dancing for Autism show being held at Kings Park High School at 7 p.m. on Friday.
Kids and Family
- Abrakadoodle will be a the Kings Park Farmer's Market to help keep the kids busy with crafts while parents shop the market.
- The Kings Park Farmers Market is held on Sunday from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. in the municipal parking lot across from the firehouse on Main Street. The annual Strawberry Festival and Yard Sale is being held on Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m. at the St. James Episcopal Church.
A Community Carnival is being held at the St. James Rehab and Heathcare Center on Sunday from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
Kids & Family
Kids Night Out at the Mills Pond House this Friday night includes a class on collage and decoupage. Fun starts at 6 p.m.
Go adrift with friends at the Annual Canoe River Rally Benefit & Barbecue this Saturday at 9 a.m. to benefit the Smithown Historical Society and Caleb Smith Park. Pet and Animal Events
Pet Adoption Day at the Smithown Animal Shelter will happen this Saturday at 10 a.m. There wll be a 50/50 raffle and a bake sale. Find a furry friend to take home.
Benefits
Smitthown High School East will be hosting A Celebration of Life Cookout for Liam Armstrong to raise funds for beatification of the East common area. Event starts at 5 p.m. in the common area at Smithown East High School.
