The Week Ahead: Flag Dedication, Sports Physicals and Civic Meeting
Here's what's happening this week in Kings Park.
- Kings Park High School will hold a flag dedication ceremony on Wednesday at 5 p.m. The flag was donated earlier in the year by Cub Scout Pack 75 who held a car wash in November to raise funds to replace the flag it after it was stolen from the school in September of last year.
- Sports physicals for middle school fall sports are happening on Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 2:30 p.m.
- The Kings Park Civic Association is meeting Tuesday evening at 7:30. Agenda topics include an update on the Kings Park industrial area, the Uplands housing project and the Hightower homes. For the entire agenda, visit their Facebook page.
