Kingsmen Baseball Falls to Hauppauge in Last Game of Series

Hauppauge defeats Kings Park 5-3 on Saturday at the end of a three game series.

Kings Park came out swinging at the first game of a three game series against Hauppauge on Monday, defeating them 11-6, but couldn't hold on, losing the next two games in the series.

Hauppuage took the series, winning 2-0 on Wednesday and then 5-3 on Saturday. According to an article in Newsday, pitcher Joe Guercio  pitched a complete game, striking out 10,  three of them in the second inning on nine pitches.

The Hauppauge Eagles proved to be too much, pulling three runs in the fifth inning and left the Kingsmen scoreless for the rest of the game.
