2 Student Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent

Seniors will head to Siena College and Binghampton University.

Two Kings Park High School seniors recently signed National Letters of Intent.

Michelle Yanniello and Katherine Corcoran, both soccer players will continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Yanniello will attend Siena College and play for the woman's soccer team, Corcoran will play soccer for Binghampton University.

Corcoran along with Yanniello, helped lead the team to a victorious year.

Siena's Women's Soccer Head Coach Steve Karbowski, in a report on the college's website said,"Michelle is a quick and dynamic width player. "She possesses a great combination of speed and 1 v 1 ability to give her options in the offensive third to provide crosses and go to the goal. Michelle has a strong work ethic and a relentless desire to compete."

Yanniello was named the high school's Most Outstanding Female Athlete and was named All-County as a senior and was a two-time Suffolk County All-Conference selection.
