Downed Tree Shuts Route 25A in Fort Salonga
Driver collides with fallen tree in road causing a one-hour closure.
A vehicle crashed into a downed tree on Route 25A in Fort Salonga by the Sunken Meadow Parkway Thursday afternoon, closing the road in both directions for about an hour.
According to police the accident occurred at 1:20 p.m. The road was reopened at approximately 2:30 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
