Crime Report: Police Receive 911 Tip on Alleged Drunk Driver

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County police reported the following arrests.

Mark Hollingsworth, 51, of Kings Park, was charged in Commack on Jan. 6 with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Police said Hollingsworth was driving a 1995 Jeep on Main Street in Commack when he was driving while intoxicated. Police were alerted of the incident through a 911 call.

According to police assorted jewelry was taken from a home on Whittier Drive in Kings Park in September.  Police said there was no indication on how the home was entered.

Police said a wallet containing debit, credit cards and personal papers was taken from an unlocked 2004 Nissan on Marvin Drive. According to police the incident occurred on Dec. 31.
