Crime Report: Leaving the Scene of Crash and Trespassing

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests in Kings Park during June 27-July 9.
Nicholas Libardi, 20, of Northport was arrested July 9 in Kings Park and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports state Libardi was arrested on Middle Rd. West and Indian Trace, Kings Park for the alleged possession of marijuana in his 1996 Chevrolet.
Joseph Forte, 27, of an unknown town was arrested July 3 in Kings Park and charged with third degree criminal trespassing. Reports indicate Forte was arrested for the alleged trespassing at a residence on Rosewood.

Andrew Geyer, 48, of Kings Park was issued a summons on June 27 for failure to report an accident. According to police he crashed his 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee into a parked 2010 Nissan Sentra on Old Dock Rd. at approximately 1:20 a.m.
