Community Update

Horrible! The owner (Lindsey) is very rude, very aggressive and I would not trust your pet in her care. Just because she smiles for a photo (its called advertising), doesn't mean this is what she belongs doing. She claims to be accommodating, then lashes out and gets frustrated with people AND dogs. It says on their website walk ins welcome, but she will flip if you do walk in for a nail clip as many others have claimed and I have experienced. I found the store to be very overcrowded, messy and overwhelming, there is just stuff upon stuff everywhere and the actual groom room, is less than stellar. They also use those horrific cage dryers which scare dogs and make the super nervous. It is basically like sticking a large vacuum hose in a dogs face while its in a cage, not sweet! I imagine that is probably why you were yelled at to stay up front (to the poster below) maybe something back there you and your child should not have seen!
