A renovation is in the works at Kings Park Shopping Plaza.
Construction crews were busy removing signs as the entire center has work done.
“We are doing a full facade renovation, a lighting upgrade and general property improvements,” said Stacy Slater of Brixmor Property Group, which is the landlord of the shopping center.
According to the company website, Brixmore manages about 600 retail properties in 39 states. The company is headquartered in New York.
Slater did not have a completion date for the project.
