The Nutcracker Comes to Kings Park
This holiday classic will be performed in Kings Park on Sunday.
Celebrate the start of the holiday season with visions of sugar plums dancing, on stage, in Kings Park this Sunday.
The N.Y.D.S. Ballet will perform the holiday classic "The Nutcracker" on the stage of Kings Park High School on Sunday, Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. The performance will be under the direction of Stacie Nelson, featuring dancer Shannon Grant.
The Nutcracker is a classic holiday ballet that tells the story of a young girl Clara, who receives a special Nutcracker doll on Christmas Eve. When she falls asleep, much to her surprise, the Nutcracker takes on a life of is own leading to an unexpected adventure.
