These gravelly, asphalt mini graves are the scourge of any commute, spilling coffee and jarring your teeth at every opportunity.

Winter isn't over, but some roads around Kings Park already need fixing.

Pothole season has been particularly bad this year across Long Island due to this winter's wide temperature shifts. The Long Island Expressway and Northern State Parkway had several lanes shut Sunday for pothole repairs, clogging traffic.
