Spotlight Event: Little Shelter Celebrates 85 Years

This local shelter has been saving the lives of pets for 85 years.

opened its gates on April 27, 1927 and has continued to grow bigger and better each year through the efforts of supporters, volunteers and staff.

To celebrate, the shelter will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday, April 29, from 1-5 p.m. for the opening of their newly renovated town square.

Residents are invited to share and help this local resource celebrate.
