Vaelntine's Day is on a Monday this year so your celebrating may start this weekend. Patch has got you covered with some quick and easy stops to help your Cupid's arrow hit the bullseye.

This is a candy lover’s delight. Choose from a dizzying array of chocolates and taffy to a huge variety of retro candy. For Valentine’s Day there are hearts filled with Jelly Belly jelly beans in such delicious and eye pleasing flavors as strawberry cheesecake, cotton candy, very cherry and French vanilla. There are also traditional chocolate hearts and chocolate covered cherries.

"Valentine’s Day favorites are definitely the chocolate roses," said store owner Todd Bodie. You can buy one or pick up a tasty dozen.If your romance is long distance try a made to order gift basket which, says Bodie, can be shipped anywhere. The store is offering extended hours on the big day so there is no excuse to come home empty handed.

 If you want something that may last a bit longer that a chocolate flower, go for the real thing. Roses are classic, but why not be different and give some non traditonal type of arrangements.

"For Valentine’s Day it’s all about long stem roses," said shop owner Jeanne. Although if it’s cuddly teddy bears you want, she has them too.
