Update: Musical Moments Moved Indoors

Harmonious group of eight performs Friday evening. Show moved to RJO auditorium.

Update: Tonight's show has been moved indoors to the RJO auditorium. Show will start at 7:30 p.m.

The music continues Friday evening as presents its fifth concert of the season.

All Good Friends, a group of eight men and women will fill Main Street with the sounds of rock, pop and Broadway as they take to Russ Savatt Park at 7:30 p.m.

The group began performing together over 13 years ago and have performed at wedding, private parties and fundraisers.

of Fort Salonga, sponsor of the event, will be donating certificates for a free music lesson at the school.

 Musical Moments in Kings Park, a series of free outdoor concerts, are held (weather permitting) each Friday through August 31. Please bring seating.

Musical Moments is sponsored by the Kings Park Civic Association, the Kings Park Chamber of Commerce and the local business community.

Who: All Good Friends

When: Friday, 7:30 p.m.

Where: Savatt Park, Main Street Kings Park, by Ralph's Italian Ices

Note: Bring seating. In the event of rain, concerts may be cancelled. Cancellations will be posted on Kings Park Patch, KP Chamber of Commerce website, KP Civic Association website and signs will be hung at Ralph's Ices.

Hmmm, now I wonder who or what organization could be doing this illegal act? I'm not going to make an educated guess who could be involverd in this deed but I think if Kings Parkers do some research they are smart enough to figure out who does not want the real facts of the "Uplands Project" to come to light. Displaying these signs is a way of making the public aware of the atrocity of this project. Questions will then be asked. Making a night run to remove them is, at the least, a cowardly act that should be publicized every time it occurs!
