Be transported back to older, simpler times where everyone gathered around the radio through holiday classic this Christmas season.
The Smithtown Performance Arts Center proudly presents "It's a Wonderful Life, A Live Radio Play" on its mains stage through Dec. 22.
At the nearby theater, a cast of 5 actors will perform the dozens of characters introduced in the original "It's a Wonderful Life" as well as performing all the side effects. It brings a new life to the holiday classic as it comes to life in front of the audience, transporting you back in time to 1940s and George Bailey's Christmas Eve.
Tickets cost $35 for adults and $20 for students. They can be purchased online through the Smithtown Performing Arts Center's website.
