#70- The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at Veterans Plaza

Light up the season this Saturday at Veterans Plaza.

If Christmas cheer, holiday lights and Christmas carols are on your holiday list, then the at Veterans Plaza should help make your season complete.

Each year residents gather in Veterans Park for the annual tree lighting ceremony, which happens this Saturday. Santa arrives courtesy of the Kings Park Fire Department and hot chocolate and cookies by Andersen’s Deli will be served to keep the crowd warm and spirits high.

Beth LaFantano will lead the William T. Rogers Middle School 7th and 8th grade band in Christmas carols and Kevin Denis of Professor's Diner will light the tree.
