Let it snow.

A wet, wintery snow is creating a wintery blanket over Kings Park. The roads are wet and slick, so be careful out there.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Kings Park until 5 p.m. as forecasters predict snowfall accumulations from 3 - 5 inches. The snow is predicted to taper off around 4 p.m. , in time for the evening rush.

Drivers are warned to be careful as the snow "will create icy and hazardous travel conditions."

Have a picture of the snow, share them on our Kings Park Snapshots board here? We hope to feature them on Patch later today.

If you have problems, feel free to email editor Sara Walsh at sara-megan.walsh@patch.com.
