Volunteers Pick Up Trash in Nissequogue River State Park

The 28th annual New York State Beach Cleanup was held on Saturday.

Dozens of volunteers rolled up their sleeves and got their hands dirty this Saturday at the Nissequogue River State Park. 

New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation held its 28th annual New York State Beach Cleanup, sponsored by the Nissequogue River State Park foundation this Saturday. Dozens of volunteers showed up to pick up trash and debris.
