School Supply Drive at the Farmers Market

Residents can drop off new or gently used books and school supplies.

This weekend’s farmers market in Kings Park will play host to a children’s back to school and school supply drive.

Residents can drop off new or gently used books and school supplies at the Kings Park Civic Association Tent or Market Managers booth, according to Aly Elish-Swartz, founder of the market.

Reading Reflections, a small grass roots organization that serves local communities around the world with books and school supplies, will then accept all donations.
