Aly Elish-Swartz presented a check for $750 at the Thursday evening civic meeting to the St. Vincent DePaul Society's food pantry on behalf of the Kings Park Civic Association.
The money was generated through a raffle for a year's supply of Georgetown Cupcakes, held at the Kings Park Farmers Market this summer. Raffle winner, Marcela Falcone of Kings Park, graciously decided to donate her winnings back to the association, allowing them to use the sweet prize for another event
