 ,   Add to calendar
148 Smithtown Blvd Nesconset NY  See map

Are you ready for swimsuit season? Let certified personal trainer and registered yoga teacher Nancy Kelly help get you there in this 5-session series. Each hour-long class will consist of a 10-minute warm-up, 20-minute “boot camp” (four 5-minute circuits of strength and cardio training with intervals of high and low intensity exercises – jumping jacks, “imaginary” jump roping, 360-degree jumps, kickboxing and abdominal moves, bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, lunges, squats, etc. – to increase heart rate and burn more calories), 20 minutes of yoga stretching and, finally, 10 minutes of breathing exercises for relaxation.

Don’t worry – beginners are welcome and your workout can even be modified to suit your individual fitness level. Of course, as always, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program. (P 16C + at least 2 fans)

Please Note: Wear comfortable sneakers and bring a yoga mat, towel and plenty of water. You should attend all sessions. As always, check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program.

I just saw this dog running down sunken meadow rd. on Monday afternoon around 4:45. We tried callingRead More it but it ran into the st. johnland nursing home and wouldn't come to me when I tried calling it over. It looks like a shepherd mix and seems a little frightened.
