Before you stuff yourself this Thanksgiving, help the students of Kings Park stuff a bus full of donated non-perishable to help local families in need.
The annual tradition happens this Saturday, from 9 a.m.- 11 a.m at the Key Food Shopping Center. Hurricane Sandy has stressed many local food pantries, leaving supplies extremely low. This year 90 local families are in need of assistance.
The goal is to fill a bus full of donations for local families in need. In addition to food, paper products, diapers, cleaning supplies, shampoo and soap are needed.
