Kings Park Homecoming and Community Bonfire Barbecue Set

The annual traditions take place Friday night and Saturday afternoon.

Two well defined annual traditions for Kings Park High School students will take place this week.

The 13th annual Kings Park High School Community Bonfire Barbecue will take place Friday from 3:30-7 p.m. at the high school athletic fields. A $5 donation per person (kids under 5 are free) includes barbecue, drinks and kiddie rides. Guests are advised to bring picnic blankets and chairs.

Saturday's festivities will begin at noon with the start of the homecoming parade followed by the 2 p.m. football match up between Kings Park and Deer Park.
