Kings Park Board of Ed to Recognize Students, Discuss Curriculum

Kings Park Board of Education will meet 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kings Park High School.

Kings Park school officials will discuss the latest education and curriculum updates with parents on Tuesday night. 

Kings Park Board of Education will host a public meeting at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kings Park High School. Their agenda includes recognition of several students who have receive awards in addition to discussing the latest education and curriculum updates. 

To kick off the meeting, Jeffery Li and Kameron Sedigh will be recognized for being selected as Long Island Young Scholars of Mathematics. Student Bill Kacyem also received the honor of being selected as an honorable delegate in the Special Political & Decolonization Committee. 

There will be updates on both King Park schools' education and curriculum. Since last Board of Education meeting, Superintendent Dr. Susan Agruso and senior Marie Goldstein attending the Common Core forum held at Ward Melville High School.
