The Kings Park Board of Education elected officers Tuesday evening at an organizational meeting.
Marie Goldstein, who has served on the board for 14 years, will remain president . Tom Locascio was elected as vice president and replaces Liz Barrett. Locascio has been on the board for three years. Both Barrett and Locascio were re-elected to the board in May.
This is Goldstein's second term as president and Locascio's first time as vice president. The board elects officers each year.
