Early Dismissal for Kings Park Students on Tuesday
All district after-school and evening activities are cancelled.
Kings Park students will be dismissed from school early on Tuesday as snow falls across the area.
Kings Park Central School District has announced it will host a 2-hour early dismissal for Kings Park High School and William T. Rogers Middle School on Tuesday. All other schools will have a one-hour early dismissal, according to central administration staff members.
Forecasters at the National Weather Service have issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Kings Park area until 5 p.m., calling for up to 3 - 5 inches of snowfall.
Kings Park school officials have also cancelled all after-school activities and sporting events on Tuesday.
