A Look at Tax Levy Increases: Kings Park Compared to Other School Districts

Which nearby school districts are and aren't piercing the tax cap.

The Kings Park Central School District was not alone this year in making some tough budget-related decisions. A round up of neighboring districts showed that six out of 13 listed below would ask residents to pierce the tax cap set by New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo. Kings Park has adopted a budget that is below the cap set and will seek voters approval on May 15.

Here is a look at where Kings Park stands in comparison to other school districts in Suffolk County.

Hmmm, now I wonder who or what organization could be doing this illegal act? I'm not going to make an educated guess who could be involverd in this deed but I think if Kings Parkers do some research they are smart enough to figure out who does not want the real facts of the "Uplands Project" to come to light. Displaying these signs is a way of making the public aware of the atrocity of this project. Questions will then be asked. Making a night run to remove them is, at the least, a cowardly act that should be publicized every time it occurs!
