A coworkers friend was on her way home from work tue night, a few cars behind the one he sideswiped. She seen the Pontiac fly up speeding and tailgate her bumper to bumper, then change lanes like a maniac. He then went on to tailgate the next car, flew around them, and continued to drive next to them before swerving at them, a silver BMW. She said it looked like he was trying to send them into the medium divider wall. She also said afterwards he didn't pull right over either, until the bmw was right up his butt. Good for the bmw they didn't flip there car and were able to catch him. One less road rage druggie off our streets. Amen

I was the driver of the BMW...this Comment is exactly what happened. I'm a young resident also, and understand what is going on with the drug problem on LI and i feel bad for the kid. I travel on sunken meadow every day and have witnessed some drivers that were driving aggressive. This kid Eric, by far drove faster than I have ever witnessed or would ever drive myself, excess of 100mph and put many lives at risk, he is very lucky that no one got hurt or killed. I was amazed that neither of our cars did not loss control. Unfortunatly it's my word against his because nobody stopped, I had to chase him down. Matt S, please have your witness contact state police and Allstate, Eric's insurance. I would greatly appreciate it.

Brian, Its very fortunate you didn't crash. flip or get seriously injured. God bless you. I did hear the girl driving behind was scared and shaken up all night. She couldn't believe how reckless he was, and assumed he was high, apparently on one two many Xanax. I will ask my friend to ask her to read your comment, and contact them. You should file a law-suite against Eric Oldham. I understand you fell bad for the kid, but it was his decision when he attempted to send you into the concrete guard-rail on sunken meadow pkwy, as It doesn't appear he lost control, appears he had road rage. But i wasn't there, you know what happened and you are the one with the right to do as you see fit. Wish you the best, Matt
