Assuming Lisa Costello's comment was in anyway reference to you.
John Massaro February 01, 2012 at 03:38 PM
Gretchen DOES still have a point, I really don't see where Lisa's comment pointed anything towards you...
John Massaro February 01, 2012 at 03:40 PM
Still no word as to who he was or how he died? They're saying "non-criminal" so I'm assuming possible suicide maybe?
Henry Powderly (Editor) February 01, 2012 at 03:58 PM
I think it is important to jump in and explain that if the police did confirm this was a suicide we would not release the name or further details. We'd also like to point out that The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is toll-free number at 1-800-273-TALK (273-8255). It is available 24/7, can be used anywhere in the United States and connects the caller to a crisis center near where the call is placed. More information can be found on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline website: http://www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org For more on how media generally reports on these issues, visit http://reportingonsuicide.org/.

Hey k.p. resident.. I figured out how to change your user name if you're still interested. In the upper right-hand corner, click on your name, click on "Profile" in the drop-down menu. On left-hand side of screen, click "Edit Profile". Voila! Hope that helps ya... :)

Thanks. I don't want to get confused for someone else. I like this site and the last thing I want to do is fight someone else's battles.
John Massaro February 02, 2012 at 03:47 PM
It's all good. Glad to help...

I agree Scott.. We know each other and understand the situation. It is terrible..Ive learned after the death of the high school student that was a close friend of my daughters how insensitive and scummy some of the people who comment on here are.

By chance is this tragedy connected to the Heroin Ring?
new guy February 02, 2012 at 06:12 PM
C'mon really?
DJMc February 02, 2012 at 07:33 PM
Oh PLEASE, let's not go there! This has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the Heroin Ring. The majority of you have spent the last 2 days talking utter nonsense. Arguing over the most ridculous garbage. A really kind, gentle man is gone. Who, why, how - what does it matter except to feed the cold-hearted curiousity of some people. Please, say a prayer for those who truly cared about him and are hurting, try to help someone who is in pain, pay attention to those you love, and move on.

Dear Henry, Is there anyway to get a sympathy card to his family. Can I mail it to the precinct, would they forward it? Thanks for this information. It is more then a tragedy he was a great guy. Thanks again. Anne H

Even though I am not living in KP anymore, I will always consider it my home. My prayers and sincere condolences go out to the family of this man. It is always a tragedy when something like this happens and knowing the people in KP, you will all pull together and help each other through this situation.
