Crime Report: Numerous DWI Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County and New York State Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County reported the following arrests.

Michael Yutesler, 24 of Commack, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a msdemeanor, on Nov. 9. According to police Yutesler was found in the driver’s seat of the car, which was on the sidewalk, with the motor running at 7:24 a.m. Police then charged him with DWI.

Shealene Dean, 20, of Commack, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Oct. 29. Police said that Dean, who was driving a 1999 Pontiac was unable to maintain her lane and was driving with two flat tires at 1:30 a.m. on Old Northport Road.

Melissa Gaynor, 24, of East Northport, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Nov. 5. Police said Gaynor who was driving a 2002 Mitsubishi on Pulaski Road, had made numerous traffic infractions and was then charged with DWI.
