Crime Report: Harassment Charge and Marijuana Possession

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests in Kings Park during July 17-20.


Liana Elfiky, 21, of Kings Park was arrested July 20 in Kings Park and charged with resisting arrest and harassment. Reports indicate Elfiky allegedly shoved an unknown person into a driveway causing injury. Reports also state she allegedly struggled with police when officers arrived. The incident occurred at approximately 5:20 p.m.

  
Joseph Jancus, 22, of Kings Park was arrested July 20 in Kings Park and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports indicate Jancus was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana on the LIRR Kings Park platform. The incident occurred at approximately 8 p.m., according reports.

Andrew Ritchie, 23, of Kings Park was arrested July 19 in Kings Park and charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Reports indicate Ritchie allegedly possessed an unknown drug without a valid prescription.  

  
Michael Grusel, 26, of Kings Park was arrested July 17 in Kings Park and charged with fifth degree criminal possession of marijuana. Reports state Grusel was arrested for the alleged possession of marijuana in a municipal parking lot located in Kings Park at approximately 8:35 p.m. Reports also indicate he allegedly struggled with police when officers arrived.
