Crime Report: Drug Possession, DWI

Suffolk County Police Department Fourth Precinct reported these arrests and incidents in Smithtown.
Christopher Leonard, 19, of Centereach, was charged with possession of marijuana on Feb. 3 in Kings Park. According to police Leonard was a passenger in a 1997 Ford on St. Johnland Road and 25a when he was found to be in possession of marijuana.
Patrick Maloney, 23, of Kings Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated. According to police Maloney was operating a 2001 Subaru on Lawrence Road in Kings Park at 2:04 a.m. while intoxicated.

Jacqueline Pagano, 47, from Kings Park, was charged on Feb. 1 with possession of marijuana. According to police, Pagano was found to have marijuana in her pants pocket while on Patrick Avenue in Bellport.
