Crime Report: Alleged Drunk Driver Slams into Wall of Kings Park CVS

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police said a man who was driving drunk slammed his car into a brick wall at the CVS in Kings Park.

Police said John Falcone, 21, was driving a 2002 Mitsubishi at 2:45 a.m. on June 22 when he hit the wall. Falcone, of New York City, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. Police said Falcone was not hospitalized.

Police arrested a Kings Park man on a charge of second-degree burglary, a felony, for a burglary that took place on Hemlock Drive last October.

Daniel Rappa, 21, was arrested on June 19. Police said Rappa burglarized a home on Hemlock Drive sometime between Oct. 1 and Oct. 31. According to police, Rappa stole assorted jewelry.
