The Kings Park fire department responded to a three-car accident on Thursday that sent one person to the hospital.
The accident occurred just before noon at the intersection of 25A and Ashland Drive. According to officials on the scene, the driver of one of the vehicles was taken to St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center with minor injuries.
Officials did not state how the accident happened.
