Community Update

I have been in several times and Jackie is a pleasure. Today however I was shocked at the treatment I received. I entered the store with my young son to buy rabbit food, a woman yells for us to wait up front for nails, I said "we are not here for nails" ok then I will be with you when your ready . At which point the nail appt came in and headed towards the back , again no greeting just the same bark from the wo an in the back. I am waiting at the register for a bit, my son wanted to see the dog, so we headed for the back and the groomer yelled at us to get up from and threw her scissors down. She snapped saying we weren't allowed back there and she already told us. I informed her no you didn't a d my son only wanted to see the dog, it was the other lady you told to wait up front. She yelled I guess I will help you now, then changed her mind and kept grooming. My son and I continued to wait up front patiently as we listened to her go on an on. Te woman came to help us all cheerful and a major 360 change. No apology. I asked her her name, Lindsey, I was shocked that she was the owner. I replied "I am surprised that you'll would treat your customers like this" the owners reply was I am surprised by a lot of things in this town! Guess what- get out! We are taking out business to the new place that opened up. On Main Street in smithtown, grooming and all. If she was one of my employees and conducted herself the way she did , she would of been fired on the spot! What a shame, trying to keep business eyes in kings park, you have lost my business! Too bad because as I said Jackie is a pleasure and my pup loved her. Lindsey don't be "shocked" when you go out of business! Your quick anger and rudeness will do it on it's own. Self Implosion!
