10 Ways To Have Fun In Kings Park This Holiday Season

'Tis the season to be jolly.

There is so much to do each week in December. Here are a few picks we thought you might enjoy.

1.     Kick off the holiday season this Saturday and wish neighbors well at the . Hot chocolate, carols and an appearance by Santa.

2.     Begin the festival of lights on Dec. 17 at Veteran’s Plaza when the community gathers for the The Kings Park High School Orchestra will provide music and a celebration will follow at the Kings Park Jewish Center afterwards.

3.     Take in the beauty of Deepwell Farms this holiday season and visit the There will be thirty artisans scattered throughout the decorated 1845 Greek revival style farmhouse featuring original art, stained glass, handmade jewelry, Christmas ornaments, holiday gifts, and more. Complementary hot cocoa and cookies will be served.

9. The Kings Park Fire Department will have its on Saturday, December 17th beginning at 2:30 p.m. Santa Claus and his friends will be riding around Kings Park spreading cheer and collecting canned goods.

10. Join in on the 2nd Annual Chabad of Mid-Suffolk Hanukah Parade. The route is traveled by car beginning at the Northgate shopping center and ending at the Chabad of Mid-Suffolk. Donuts and latkes served afterwards.
