10 Places To Create Customized Holiday Cards

Sending some holiday greetings? Here are a few places that can help you out.

If you're looking to send some personalized holiday cheer this season, there's plenty of options in and around Kings Park. Stop by any of these stores to create customized cards.

1. WalMart: WalMart in Commack has a great service for your family holiday cards this season. You can even upload photos online and pick them up at the store later. They've got more than 900 designs to choose form online, so you can pick the card that is just right for you.

2. Staples: Staple's copy center also gives you the option of uploading your photos from home, or you can stop by the store to customize your card. Starting at $9.99, they offer 24 customizable cards and envelopes. You can choose from four layouts, include up to four photos and personalize your greeting.

3. Target: Target offers deals and packages on personalized holiday cards this season. They have a wide selection of customizable designs to choose from, as well as an array of boxed card designs. 

4. : FedEx has a variety of photo greeting cards to choose from. The store is offering some online exclusives, such as a 20 folding or flat card sets starting at $19.99 and custom holiday invitations starting at $29.99 for 20. FedEx has a free seven-day business delivery. They have more than 1,000 options for folding cards alone and also prints holiday letterhead, labels and envelopes for a full custom package.

5. F&M PrintingAt F&M Printing in Hauppauge, you'll find a wide variety of holiday cards and package deals as low as $1.00. You can bring in a photo or have a member of the staff help you select the photo you want to use. Their services will help you design the card online or in-store.

6. CVSAt CVS, you'll find a great selection of either regular cards or express cards. The regular cards allow the customer to order cards in advance, and then schedule a store pick-up or have them mailed to your home. Express cards allow the customer to customize their holiday greeting card online, or in CVS's photo center, and then have them printed within an hour. Both options offer a set of 20 4x8 flat cards for $12.99 or 20 5x7 folded cards for $16.99. If you need individual cards, you can find a great selection of 5x7 cards for $1.99.

7. Sears Portrait Studio: Need help creating that perfect photo? Sears Portrait Studio in Lake Grove's Smith Haven Mall is offering all customers a free photo shoot with a custom wall portrait and 20 percent off all ordered prints.These special photos can be used to create a holiday card for an additional fee. Sears has over 40 options for cards and allow a message with up to three lines. Sears portrait studio is located at the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove. 8. J.C. Penny Portrait Studio: Schedule your family portrait online at www.jcportraits.com.  They are completely equipped with a professional portrait studio and will help you choose the perfect holiday card this season.  JC Penny is offering a set of 36 greeting cards as well as special two-page portrait sheets for $29.49.  If you want to receive your photos by Christmas Eve, place your orders by December 20th.

9. Shoppers can create 20 4x8 cards for $9.99 by using the code on the company's website. You can also download your photos at the Kings Park location if the web is not your thing.

10. Michaels:  This craft store offers customers a service to digitally scrapbook holiday greeting cards. Starting from either a blank template or one that you have already created, they have everything you need to customize your greeting card this season. Visitors can select the size of the photos, cards and the quantity. Prices will vary depending on the level of customization.
