1 Move To Help You Get Buff For The Beach

Soaring temps mean bathing suit season has arrived.

Kings park fitness instructor Renee Liotta, owner of Unlimited Fitness shared one move that works double time, engaging the upper and lower body.

All you need is a pair of hand weights and a bit of space. Five to ten pound weights should do.

Step forward, with first leg while holding the weights in your hands. Curl the weights up as you lunge forward, alternating each leg. Your knee should not extend past your ankle.

Do two sets of 15 reps.
