With a relatively quiet week between Christmas and New Year's Day, here are a few things on our calendar:
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Religious Services
Take a look where you can go to church this Christmas season.
Held at the Nesconset Branch of the Smithtown Town Library on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m., legos will be provided for children in grades 2-5 to build anything they like individually or as a team!
'Copper Creations' at Caleb Smith Park
Create your own unique copper windchime in this program from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. (Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 7 may not participate in this program). Registration is required so please call in advance. Cost is $4.
The Suffolk YMCA hosts a low-intensity cardio-vascular workout to music on Wednesday and Thursday, including muscle toning and flexibility exercises. Ten sessions of classes are $31 for members and $61 for non-members.
'Critter Careers' at Caleb Smith Smith Park
On Friday from 10 to 11:30 a.m., through hands-on fun and games kids can find out what critters have what careers. Registration is required so please call in advance. Cost is $4.
