Yankee Doodle Circus

The Yankee Doodle Circus is coming to town as a fundraiser for the Kings Park HS Varsity Club on Wednesday, January 23. Show times are 5:15 and 7:30 at the Kings Park HS gym.

Free tickets for children are available with the purchase of an advance sale adult ticket.

Irish Step Dancing Lessons

Come learn the fine art of Irish Step Dancing at the An Rince Mor School of Irish Dance.

Classes are taught by Peggy Moriarty White, TCRG and Geraldine Bergin, TCRG.  Classes are held at the Brush Barn, Smithtown, NY, beginning September 10 and go throughout the year.

Let's Discover Nature

The “Let’s Discover Nature” Hour is a special time for both parent and child to discover the wonders of their natural world together. Each program’s theme will use nature explorations and hands-on activities as a springboard for learning. Thursday's event is Hibernation Hideout and begins at 10 a.m.

Kings Park Board of Education Meeting

 The Kings Park Board of Education will meet Tuesday eveing at 7:30 at Kings Park High School. Items on the agenda include student and staff recogntions.

Senior Shape-Up

Low intensity cardio-vascular workout to music. Includes muscle toning and flexibility exercises. Wednesday, 11:15 a.m. Commack JCC.

Apparently you are not the only one this is happening to. From what I understand if these signs areRead More on a main drag somehow they are disappearing in the middle of the night. Hmmm, now I wonder who or what organization could be doing this illegal act? I'm not going to make an educated guess who could be involverd in this deed but I think if Kings Parkers do some research they are smart enough to figure out who does not want the real facts of the "Uplands Project" to come to light. Displaying these signs is a way of making the public aware of the atrocity of this project. Questions will then be asked. Making a night run to remove them is, at the least, a cowardly act that should be publicized every time it occurs!
