Restaurant Week Debuts in Kings Park

Restaurant week will make its debut in Kings Park on June 20 and run until June 26 and will include 19 participating restaurants.

The idea was brought forth by the Chamber of Commerce early this year. They been working with other community groups such as the Kings Park Civic Association as well as Legis. Lynne Nowick to get the event off the ground.

The town is using the theme ‘Morning ‘til dark, the best place to be is in Kings Park’ to help promote the week. The event kicks off right after , which happens on June 18.

Restaurants are expected to have special menus and pricing. Patch will update the story when they become available.
