Home Flip Takes House From Drab to Fab

House flip turns a tidy $169,000 profit.

An enterprising buyer took this home from drab to fab in just under three months and made a tidy profit as well.

This eight room, four bedroom, 1.5 bath colonial with a full basement and one car garage on Clover Lane in Kings Park, was on the market for just one day and sold in March for its $250,000 asking price.

The buyer gutted the kitchen, refurbished the outside and added architectural details on the inside. The result you can see for yourself in our photo gallery.

The home went back on the market in June and went into contract 18 days later for its $419,000 asking price.

Home offered and sold by Pristine Prop Cole & Assoc.
