You need to place a 2" X 4" horizontally on the inside of each fence segment. Put it about 3' high & anchor it well at each end. I painted mine white to match the fence. Then when the little b@#$%^&d hits the fence the cops [if they have the time], can pick him up at the ER.

Is there a curfew in place in Kings Park? I remember Cops giving young-ins a ride home to mom and dad after a certain hour when I was a kid. These days I have seen teens walking in town at 12am or later, on school nights! If the kids were not out there they couldn't be up to no good.
