According to the article the town is receptive to the project, but DeRubeis says that nothing has been presented to the planning board, which advises the town on such projects.

DeRubeis says the property is zoned as a mix of light industrial and residential, and that the property is in an area that has been sand mined.

"These are the kind of issues that have to be resolved before the town gives its blessing," said DeRubeis. "Making an annoucement on the property before talking to the town is highly risky," he said.
