The Dish: Light As A Cloud Ricotta Pancakes

What’s In the Dish? Ricotta cheese, mixed fresh berries.
How’s It Taste? This dish lives up to its name. The pancakes are light and tasty though extremely filling and don’t need much in the way of toppings. Strawberries, blueberries and blackberries topped the pancakes and just a drizzle of syrup made the dish just right.
Relish was also serving up sweet potato pancakes the day we were there and came highly recommended by the staff. You may want to give those a try as well.
Bottom Line: This is one you should try, good for anytime of the day. I ate mine for lunch and was still stuffed at dinner time.
