Smithtown Restaurants Set for Long Island Restaurant Week

Several Smithtown eateries are participating in Long Island Restaurant Week, where diners can enjoy a three-course meal for less than thirty bucks, except for Saturday, when it may only be offered until 7 p.m.

The eight-day-long promotion is in its second year. The event began April 28 and runs until May 5. 176 restaurants participated last year and according to promoters served over 140,000 meals. 
This year 150 restaurants are offering the three-course, $27.95 prix-fixe meals, including 10 in the Smithtown area. There are no Kings Park restaurants participating in the event.
