Kings Park Creamery Closes Its Doors

Another retail store closes its doors on Kings Park's Main Street.

If you are the kind of person who eats ice cream even in the winter, you might be out of luck in Kings Park.

The Creamery, owned and operated by the Russo family of Kings Park, has put its business on Kings Park's Main Street. A sign reading "For Sale" has been posted in its front window last week.

The small family-owned business has been serving up cold and delicious treats to Kings Park residents for more than 10 years from it's storefront at 118 Main Street. The Creamery offered 46 flavors of Hershey Ice Cream, yogurt and Italian ices. There are cones, cups, sundaes, shakes, smoothies, ice cream sodas, root beer floats and, of course, banana splits.

Keller Williams has listed the property for sale at $15,000 on its website with a full array of pictures.

Their description of the property and business reads," Plenty of room to expand into yogurt and toppings. Seller willing to train and hold a note! Priced to sell ,hurry this one will not last."
